Exhibitors
The key contact for each exhibiting company should have received an email with the link to the Exhibitor Registration Portal, which included the username and password for your company. If you did not receive this information, please email expo@nasgw, and request your login credentials be emailed to you.
Once you have entered the website, purchase the number of badges required, then enter the names. Keep in mind you can return to the site at any time to update attendee names on your order. Use the Tab Bar to assign badges and purchase dinner tickets.
The email address provided for each individual will be the address that receives the check-in barcode for onsite registration. If the same email address is provided for multiple attendees, all barcodes will be sent to that email address.
Non-Exhibitors
A valid email address is required. Be sure the email address entered matches the email address of the individual you are registering.
Detailed instructions are provided on the first page of the registration site. Keep in mind if you need to update names at a later date, you will need to contact NASGW to do so. The email address provided will be the email address that receives the check-in barcode for onsite registration.

This year we have blocked out rooms at four different hotels near the Convention Center. Hotels always seem to fill up quick so don't wait. Reserve your rooms soon. This year's hotels include The Westin Convention Center Pittsburgh, the Omni William Penn, the Embassy Suites, and the Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown.
